Meet Hardeep
I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience and proud accreditation from RICS. My career has taken me to some of the UK’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects, including Crossrail and HS2, as a result I honed my skills in managing large-scale developments. I’ve also had the privilege of consulting for some of the biggest property developers in the country, gaining invaluable insights across a range of property strategies.
My expertise in property mentoring spans Commercial to Residential conversions, new build schemes, HMOs, and serviced accommodation, but my true passion lies in Commercial to Residential conversions under Permitted Development and HMOs. Over the years, I’ve successfully transformed offices, banks, and shops into high-performing hybrid developments that combine both strategies for maximum returns.
Currently, I lead all development projects with Savoys Properties and manage my own Commercial to Residential and HMO portfolio. Beyond hands-on development, I enjoy sharing my knowledge as a frequent contributor to the RICS Journal, CIOB, Blogs, and other property publications, as well as ongoing property mentorship. I am passionate about empowering others in the property sector by providing actionable insights and fostering growth through tailored guidance.
More recently, I was honoured to receive the Mixed Use Development of the Year award at the International Property Awards 2024 for a Hybrid Commercial to Residential / HMO scheme and Property Developer of the Year at the Property Investor Awards 2024 for a Permitted Development Commercial to Residential scheme. These accolades reflect my commitment to delivering innovative and impactful developments.
